1. Complete the selection of anode and anode materials, electrolyte, diaphragm and other materials according to different cell design requirements;

2. Complete the cell design according to the requirements of the company and customers, and collect and analyze the test results;

3. Cooperate with the department to carry out other work.
   

1. Responsible for process optimization and development of power battery development process according to project requirements, so that the batteries developed can meet project requirements;

2. Responsible for the design, BOM and process formulation of lithium battery products; familiar with the APQP development process of products; able to independently complete the design and development of small test, pilot test and batch test of products and solve the problems arising in the process;

3. According to the project requirements, fill in the experiment scheme and plan, and can independently complete the preparation of experiment/project report;

4.  Responsible for coordinating the progress of experimental projects, coordinating relevant internal resources, and ensuring experimental nodes.
   

   
   

Make cell samples according to customers' specifications, write test reports, plans and specifications according to customers' requirements, communicate and follow up to solve customers' problems, and provide customers with satisfactory services.

Solve failure analysis of raw materials and batteries (cycle and safety) encountered during development, and design experiments for improvement.
